Hi, I'm Rowan Kelley (he/him)

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. For more than a decade, I’ve been working in helping professions, and since 2020 I’ve helped adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions.

Clients often tell me they value my role as a neutral, nonjudgmental partner: someone who validates their feelings, helps them see situations more clearly, and offers tools they can carry into real life

In our work together, I combine warmth and directness with evidence-based approaches like CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care.
